The Spartan Webstore Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM until 4 PM.
You may place a telephone order at any time during the regular store hours, but calls and emails about the status of an order should be placed while the Spartan WebStore Office is open.
Our Helpdesk is staffed by Spartan Store employees. Questions submitted to the Helpdesk are responded to periodically during these hours. Questions submitted outside of these hours will be responded to the next business day.
