Item Description
The Spartan WebStore takes great care with the descriptions of the products as they appear online. The limitations of broadcasting may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications are subject to change and The Spartan WebStore cannot be held responsible for discrepancies, either real or perceived.
Payment
We accept the major debit and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
We also accept checks and postal orders up to the value of your order. Make these items payable to Greater Atlanta Christian School (GACS). Call us for further details, 770-243-2370.
GACS Families
Before students can purchase in the Spartan Store, the attached form must be completed and returned to the Spartan Store by July 20. Download the form here.
Prices
The prices quoted are those valid at the time of the order. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down. However, our prices are consistent with the marketplace and very competitive.
Order Confirmation
You will be notified by e-mail as soon as we receive your order. Please ensure that you enter your e-mail address on the order form. If we have any questions regarding your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.
Goods Out of Stock
If you place an order and the goods are out of stock, we will inform you ASAP via e-mail or telephone. Please ensure that you submit your correct e-mail and telephone details on the order form.
If your order contains multiple items, we can either wait for the out-of-stock item to arrive and ship everything together, or ship the order separately.
Canceling or Altering Orders
You can cancel or alter your order at any time prior to being shipped. Altered orders may be subject to a small delay as the order is repackaged, etc. Please have your order number from your order confirmation ready when phoning us.
Off-line Orders
Off-line orders may be printed and sent by fax, mail, or e-mail, together with payment. Your goods will be shipped as soon as possible. In the event of a product being out of stock, you will be contacted and made aware of an expected date of delivery.
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
- Orders received before 11:00 a.m. Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day, provided we have your items in stock.
- Items ordered after 11:00 a.m. on Friday and over a weekend will be shipped Monday.
- Items ordered over a bank holiday will be shipped the next working day.
- Items shipped on Friday are for delivery the following Monday.
- The Spartan Store stock status is constantly updated, but demand is high and we occasionally run out of stock on popular items. If, for this reason, we cannot ship your order, we will contact you with a revised ship date.
Return Policy
Contact The Spartan WebStore, 770-243-2370, because problems can often be resolved without incurring unnecessary postal charges. If however, it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:
- Returned goods must be in their original packaging, with labels still attached.
- Receipt for purchase must
accompany return.
- Goods must be returned within thirty days of receipt.
- Goods listed in our Special Offers or Clearance sections are not refundable. Sale items or Special incentive items with
“red” ink mark cannot be returned.
- Goods must be in new condition, that is, unused and unmarked.
- Costs incurred in shipping the returned items are not refundable. They are at your own expense.
- We encourage you to
bring your child with you when shopping for uniforms.
